Call in From Your Phone- Audio Only

We don't want you to miss out. If you don't have a computer or are on the go, you can call into a meeting and hear the guided meditations and dharma talk. See the directions below for how to join the audio of a meeting by phone.

For US calls: dial one of the numbers below. There are no (208) numbers. Long-distance charges may apply, you can check with your carrier.
You will then be prompted to enter the meeting ID - See the next panel.
If the meeting has not already started you may have to wait on the line until the appointed time. Or you can hang up and call closer to the meeting time.
After you have entered the meeting promptly mute your call by entering: *6 This will keep everyone from hearing what is happening in your home or car. To unmute you hit *6 again. This should only be done after the Dedication at the end of the meeting if Dana invites people to unmute themselves.
